A standard business meeting rental includes full use of cottage creative rooms and all amenities. Half and day rates available. A standard rental includes full use of the cottage not including refreshment amenities. Ask about specific rental options, including non-profit, bridal and wedding shower events and multiple day discount rates. There is a 12 person minimum.

Full day Meeting: 9 hours, including set-up and tear down,

- 12-15 Guests = $45.00/guest
- 16-25 Guests = $35.00/guest
- 26+ Guests = $30.00/guest
$115/hour each additional hour.
Half Day Meeting: 4.5 hours, including set-up and tear down
- 12+ Guests = $40.00/guest
Social Events: 4-hour event
- 12-35 guests = $300
$75/hour for each additional hour
Wedding: 4-hour event
- 12-50 guests = $950.00
- Additional guests, up to 50, will be an additional $10/person
- Includes 1-hour planning meeting and 2-hour decorating/set-up
$115/hour for each additional hour
Wedding Reception: 5-hour event
- 12-50 guests = $1500
- Additional guests, up to 75, will be an additional $10/person
- Includes 1-hour planning meeting and 2-hour decorating/set-up
Wedding and Wedding Reception: 9-hour event

Rental Policies
Reservations: BN Creative considers a completed reservation form your agreement to the reservation, payment and cancellation policies.
Payments: We accept Cash, Check, Visa MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Venmo.
Deposit: We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of your reservation. Balance is due on the day of the event.
Cancellations: Due to the uniqueness and high demand of our cottage, we require the following cancellation payments: within 7 days – 50% of rental fee, within 48 hours – 100% of rental fee. If you cancel prior to 30 days of the event date, the deposit may be applied to a future booking within 6 months.
